CD-ROM Boot Priority ..No Medium BOOTMGR is compressed

I stupidly attempted to compress my c:/ drive which caused
"CD-ROM Boot Priority ..No Medium BOOTMGR is compressed" to appear on my screen everytime I've tried to turn my computer on this morning. Through looking online at other forums I realised that I need to start windows from my USB pen drive using EasyRE for window 7 iso image and EsyBCD.
These seemed to work and I didn't get the same message, unfortunetely I now have a screen which is asking for "winre login"

What do I do?
