    Windows.old folder access


    I have recently got a bluescreen with my computer and fixed it after i reinstalled windows 7. I have the Windows.old folder and have tried to get the information in it back, but it says that i do not have permission to open it. I have almost 300GB in that folder that i would like back. I have gone to several different sections of the forums and didnt find any better place to put this thread. I would like to know how i can get these files back.

    What you need to do is take ownership of the folder go here and download the file there
