No, Im sure there wasn't. Because I mentioned earliar that I do check my whole system once a month. It includes bios startup test, run in test, memory test and hard.
So last time, there wasnt any. And never had hard disk error message too.
Below is a screen shots from bios start and hard test after a power on/off.
It has nothing to do with the PW recovery process. Also not a problem caused by MACRIUM. Although they read and write a lot of disk blocks. And if the disk controller can't read/write he retries. And if retry count is very large... smart reports an error.
Backup all your data as soon as possible!!! Replace disk with a new one.
I think your drive is dying.
You need to immediately backup everything you need on that disk and be prepared to replace it.

Yes, I will backup everything and now it has shut down and not using. Still the notebook is under warranty.
