Is free re-installation of Windows 7 possible?

Hi,i'm sorry i know nothing about computers and im very new to these forums,so my apologies if i post in the wrong section. My computer has been infected with a recurring Rootkit, and i tried fixing it but nothing turns out to work. I tried Combofix, but that gave me BSOD. I think my only option is to reinstall Windows 7 completely,is there any way i can receive a free re-installation of Windows 7 home premium? If not,it's completely understandable and i'll just search for my disc endlessly and hopefully eventually find it somewhere.

    Yes.

You would need your 25 character Product Key to activate the new install. Do you have the Product Key??

    If so, go here:

Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life

Download the ISO for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit or 32 bit, whichever you have.

Burn the ISO to a disc and install from that disc. Activate with your Product Key.

If all else fails, most computers have a restoration partition. Post the make and model of your computer and we will help you find the procedure. In this procedure the key is not needed.
