Recovered Win 7 partition data, can't copy it to Win 7 fresh install.

Hello everyone I am a new member here.
I use a netbook where I dual boot Ubuntu and Win 7. One day I tried to install BT 5 as well successfully but the Windows 7 partition was totally gone. After using lots of software to recover the data, I managed to do it with EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional. However, the program did not have the option to recover the partition on the HDD, but to export the folders of the Win 7 partition( Program Files, Windows, Users etc) somewhere else. I managed to get the data on an external HDD. Here's the problem though ; I did a fresh install on Win 7,so I could run the recovery wizard. However, when I drag it to my C:\ drive, errors such as "XX will be replaced with XX" appear, and after a little while, a window pops up saying something like "the action cannot be completed because the file or folder is open in another program". Anyways, to make ends meet, I cannot replace my recovered partition with my new one.

Is there any way I can get the recovered data to my currrent Win 7 install? Can I use any other way besides Copy and Paste? Also anotherr important question. I guess that in the old partition I recovered there are my driver files as well. Will they be able to function after I move them to my new install?

Thanks and very sorry for my English, because I am Greek.
