Windows 7: Create a Restore Point Icon on Desktop

Is there a way I can put an icon or shortcut to Create a Restore Point on my desktop?
It takes too many clicks to get to it as it is now.

Are you joking? I only see Options 1 and 2. What is option 4?

I think computiac was talking about the 4th step in option 1.

As stated I took the second suggestion being the tutorial.

Then went with option 4.
