    problem while restore backup

    Hi everybody
I decided to restore the factory of my asus u30jc laptop but after restoring the last dvd and restarting, the operation has been stoped!! it stops on the state in which the word Asus is on monitor but dosn't continue!! pressing any key or puting Dvd in Dvd player,.. doasn't make any changes on this state!!when I put power button it shots down quickly and putting it againe make this page displayed.
    what shoud I do now??
I would add that, before restoring backup, the speaker made some strange noise and when I put my hand on it or around webcam place on top of monitor, it made a voice like screeching.
please help me by this problem.

Hello Niloo and welcome to Seven Forums.

It sounds like that last DVD might be bad. Do you still have a hidden recovery partition on your Asus? You can try this:

Start your computer. IMMEDIATELY start clicking the the F9 key and keep clicking. This should access the hidden recovery partition (providing your hard drive wasn't formatted and everything erased.) If the recovery option appears you might see these options:

    1. The first partition is deleted (the others remain intact) and a new system partition C: will be created.
    2. This option removes all the partitions from the hard drive and creates a new system partition C:.
    3. This option removes all the partitions from the hard drive and creates two new partitions C: (60% of the drive’s storage capacity) and D: (40%).

You want to select # 1 and follow the instructions. If you don't have a hidden recovery partition you could do a clean install. (Everything on your hard drive would be erased.) Or you could contact Asus to buy a new set of recovery disks.

Are you positive you have a recovery partition?

Post a screen shot of Windows Disk Management.

Do you have a valid 25-character Product Key?

If you have an installation disk, you can do a clean install or possibly a repair install.

If you do not have an installation disk, you could go to another computer, download a Windows 7 ISO from mydigitallife.info, burn it do a disk, and do a clean install. Activate with your existing Product Key.

Or you could borrow a friend's Windows disk and do a clean install from it, if the friend's version matches your product key.

I assume you cannot boot your own PC?

Here's how to post a screen shot:

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Windows Disk Management is accessed by typing "Disk Management" into the start button search box. Post a screen shot of that.
