Windows Recovery failing on disk 3 of 4

Hello,

My coworker is attempting to recover his computer with a system image he has on 4 dvds. They were made with Windows. When he gets to the 3rd disk it fails.

I'm assuming the disk is corrupt. It contains 6 SWM files that from what I understand are split image files.

Is there any way to recover these files or is he hosed? He hasn't made backups of his data so he is freaking. I don't know the exact error but I will have him run it again and repost.

Thanks

Sorry guys.. nevermind. He does have a data backup so I convinced him to forget the whole thing and just fresh install Windows.
