SSD recovery/File history from a folder?

Hello I accidentaly deteled some files from an SSD (personal files, not windows stuff) and I've tried recovering them with different recovery programs but nothing seems to work or maybe I'm doing it wrong

Can anybody tell me if I can recover some files from an SSD with recovery programs?

Or, is there any way I could see what files used to be in a folder? (just the names of the files would be sufficient)

Thank you

I used something call Handy Reovery a few years ago to recover some files, and it did the job. There's a number of these utilities out there.
You never said what you tried.
If you've overwritten the space on the disk since the files were deleted, you won't get them back. So don't write to it until you recover the files.
Whether it's a HDD or SSD makes no diference that I'm aware of.

Did you enable system protection on SSD? So was it on before you did the deletion of important files?
if so right click on SSD drive and select "restore previous versions". Click on correct previous date (most recent date when all files were still there) and click open. Browse to the files and copy/paste them somewhere
