| | Missing Login information after backup/restore After doing a full backup, hard drive replacement, and clean reinstall of my laptop, I was forced to create a new login to access windows (Startup screen.) All of my original information is still accessible in the user files, but I cannot figure out how to log in and restore my computer to the pre-hard drive swap status (ie desktop, software, etc.) As of now, I am only given the option of the new login. I have looked all over mulitple threads to try to find out how to make my original user current, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Joe |
