    Hi,

Kindly confirm if 64-bit Internet explorer is working? if no, then try restoring it to factory defaults. You can refer to the URL mentioned for resetting the IE: How to reset Internet Explorer settings

If you dont have any important data on your computer or if you have already backed up important data, then try restoring your system back to the factory settings by following the instructions from the tutorial mentioned:

    Hi,

Try restoring your system back to a date when it was working fine. System Restore will affect Windows system files, programs, and registry settings only.
For System Restore steps, you can refer to the URL mentioned: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/system-restore

The oldest date i got in system restore is 7/16/12 e-e but unfortunely, it seems that back then i was having trouble :3 with the same problem. o -o i think it has something to do with ieframe.dll e-e or whatever. The thing is that i use a windows 7 home premium 32bit, and my internet connection is fine o -o, i even can connect to IE 64bit, but when i try to open IE normally, it says *IE cannot display the webpage*, or when i try to open any other program, i simply cant because they cant connect to the internet. So what im trying to say is, theres internet, but i cant connect to it :). There must be a way to restore this laptop to factory settings without CD/DVD, just clicking something on the keyboard will do right Q.Q?
