Backup not working
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) and have Acronis 2013 installed. Windows kept prompting me to backup and I thought I'd give it a try. It took hours. When I got back to the machine, it was shut down. My external hard drive had two new files, one with the name of my PC and the other, WindowsImageBackup. Both are empty, yet my hard drive is missing 200 GB of memory. What gives and how do I get this memory back?
