Just restored my computer from disk image

Hi, 1. Created the bootable iso from Macrium Reflect, size approx 130 MB on CD. 2. Restored the last image to see for the 1st time, it was even better than the original OS, more crisp. 3. Options checked , Verify and Trim. 3. Back up is on Seagate Scorpio Black HDD 7200 RPM.

I'm pretty sure a Windows Vista Backup can be restored to another computer using Windows 7 operating system. How about a windows 7 Backup being restored to a Windows 8.1 machine? Will I get the same exact screen on the computer with the 8.1 OS as I did with the computer running Windows 7? Thanks.

I am so peeved right now it is not even funny. Next time ready for PC I think i will be a mac convert after all this meesed up crap with windows. Last night when I get home go to start computer and there is a error about missing dll file, then aas I click the error more missing file errors...

Hi folks, I have a partitioned hard drive. All my Windows files etc. are on C: and I leave D: empty. I just recovered my Windows to an earlier Windows image and D: is now filled with folders. I have included an image. Can I delete these? They shouldn't be there.
