    Deleted Partition Recovery Help !!!

Hello guy I'm new here and have come to this spot after searching.
What happened was I got a terrible virus that locked my computer so my only option at the time was to install a fresh copy and upgrade I went from win 7 home x64 to ultra x64. As I installed the fresh copy I chose to delete the old partition because of the virus not remembering all the stuff I had on there that I still needed data/doc/pics and so on when I was done everything was in working order and fresh.my second issues was when I bought my new iPhone the SIM card is different so all my contact and everything was lost for the last year because my back up was on my old system. I have been using stellar phoenix data restore pro and it finds the old system with everything on it.
The hard drive is on 250 gb on a acer aspire 5532 I think the old system may have been using around half of the space or even 150 gb tops.
When I go to recover the system it takes very long just to do 1g more like 15 hr just for that which is so time consuming I'm just worried maybe I'm going to fry my hard drive.
I have a 3 TB external hard drive I installed phoenix on and will recover info on that.
please let me know if there's any other way to get the deleted partition back I've also tried using other software but they do not find anything most say no unallocated found don't even no what that means lol but again I would be deeply greatfull if anybody can help also I've done another scan with phoenix its all come up again finds it everytime I'm just holding off before recovering because it looks like it would take a month or 2
THANK YOU in advance for your help

The software which you are using is bit slow. It takes time to recover your data. But good thing about this software is that it will recover all your data.

You are not going to fry the hard drive, as hard disk are designed to work for continuous working for many days. If still you are doughty, you can perform recovery task in different time slots.
