Are these files safe to exclude from a backup?

I have Genie Timeline, and it backs up only hte files that change, and it does it quite frequently.

But certain files seem to change a lot, most of them logs. I was just wondering if files like these are safe to exclude.

Here is a small list, and I might post more if I see it backing up any more constantly.
  • C:\Boot\BCD.LOG
  • C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\V01.log
  • C:\Windows\System32\catroot2.edb.log
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE.LOG2
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\SOFTWARE.LOG1
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM.LOG1
  • C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Current Tabs
  • C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat
  • C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\UsrClass.dat.LOG1
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM
