No COA on bottom. Studio 1535 model PP33L service tag 8KBWLG1 Dell LBL/P/N R971D A00 apcc. Bought used with XP. Did see Vista files in files. Crash and reinstall 7 Pro. Can't upload jpeg from phone of last chkdsk. Jpeg but unable to choose "browse"?? D:chkdsk Byrd f parameter not specified no problems the volume is in use by another process . Failed to log message to event log. Status 50.
Failed to log message to event log. Status 50.=>ignore that

    chkdsk/f c:
    gave no errors?

    chkdsk/f d:
    gave no errors?
c and d are NOT in use.... impossible. Unless your prompt is on C or D. Just open a command prompt and do the commands.

So recovery stuff is gone. So a reinstall of win7 pro (is that professional?) has been done some time ago. Who did that? You should have a valid product key... you used that to activate win7!

All verified and processed. USN Journal "corrected errors in the volume bitmap" windows has made corrections to the file system. Just reply with any other info you need from the report. I can't upload a phone jpeg for some reason. Thanks

Run the chkdsk command again to prove it's still without errors. System still doesn't boot?
