I have a dell xps with windows 7 home premium. I am trying to backup to an external HDD connected to USB 3.0 using windows backup function. When I try to backup my image, the backup failed with the error code "0X8007002 cannot find specified file". How to rectify this error.

Even in this big book only a couple pages are on repair. I have recently moved to Win 7 from XP.
