    windows 7 backup error

    during my first/latest backup, I got this error: 0x8100002F (see attached details).

    I did research on microsoft knowledge base, but couldn't find a matching description for the first 11-errors (having to do with user: administrator);
    and couldn't understand the resolution for the last error (having to do with C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Podcasts)

    2-questions...I don't use the administrator user (I have another username set-up as administrator)...I notice this user folder doesn't have full set of folders as my own user folder. can this be simply deleted without affecting performance (since the real admin user is my named user)?

    and could someone explain how to clear the last error...noting that I have absolutely nothing in podcasts folder (under any username), as implied in the error message.

    thank you.

    You're talking about built-in administator account.

    c:\users\administrator exists? C:\Users\Administrator\desktop exists?
    C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Podcasts exists?

    Try in elevated command prompt

    that's just it, the administrator account (users/adminstrator)...there's no login name that I'm aware of, and it's not under user setup in control panel.
    and within the folder, only appdata existed (no other folders, as for example exist in my user folder)...and even then, a folder called locallow was also missing, as per the attached error report.

    Did you display hidden files and system files as well?

    yep, checked the registery previously
    there are 5-profiles, the first 3 as listed in the link above, the fourth is my named user account (the admin name I use, working fine), and a fifth updatususer (don't know, but seems to be standard system entry). there is not one for "administrator" as the error log indicates.

    yes, I do have the folder settings to show hidden (but not system) files.
    I did just now briefly show system files...under user\...podcast\ (the last violating error) there was one system file desktop.ini (nothing that I put there) and it seems to be in other folders as well without causing an error elsewhere.
