If you have a valid Windows product key, which should be on a sticker somewhere on your computer, then you can go to this site Dell Community and download the iso file for your version of Windows and create your own bootable disk, or bootable flash drive. If you decide to go that route, there are tutorials in the tutorials section of this forum that will help you use the iso file to burn a DVD, or create a bootable flash drive.
