Problems using Windows backup

Every time I try running Windows backup I get the following error message:
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Storage Folders. ErrorThe system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003))

Instead of just ignoring the file it cannot find, it aborts the entire back up. I tried running the backup without including AppData and it still did the same thing. I tried only backing up documents and pictures only but still had same problem. I am using a Seagate Go Flex drive for the backup.

Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello rkh,

You might see if resetting Windows Backup may allow you to create a backup afterwards.

Backup User and System Files - Reset to Default Configuration

Hope this helps,
