System Image fails. (0x80070002) (VIDEO DESCRIPTION)

I made short video description of my issue, to make it more clear.

But basically, I just bought a WD Essential 500 GB External Hard Drive, to use for my System Image. When I go to create a system image, it keeps failing at around 2 min's into it. It gives me the 0x80070002 Error. I've searched this forum an the Microsoft support, and their resolution didn't work for me. I might have a dis-functional product, but before I return it, i'd like to see if someone might have some advice on how I could get this to work. So, thanks for your time.

Can you see the target folder and have checked the permissions ?
Tried sfc /scannow from an elevated cmd prompt ? (damaged system files can cause that error)
It would be helpful to let us know what software you use for imaging.

BTW if you included any details in the vid. I didn't see\hear it.

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

    Once in Event Viewer:

    expand Applications and Services log
    expand Microsoft
    expand Windows
    expand Backup
    expand OPERATIONAL

Click on each entry in the upper pane (latest by date) and see if any of those entries shed light (in the lower pane, you can click on DETAILS to get an idea what each event represents)
