| windows 7 ultimate x64 4 posts | Trying to install back DVD Hello, new here and not computer savy. My problem is that I resently loaded windows 7 ultimate 64. I had already back up my files about month earlier using Nero 7. Nero 7 will load but will not restore my back up dvds. Nero 7 did not load properly but did load. Since then I uninstalled Nero 7 and loaded a trial version of Nero 12. It will not restore my back up either. I would love to get all my files back but the main concern is my picture files. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated. Thanks.  |

| windows 7 ultimate x64 4 posts | Do you mean when I open the disk in the drive? Yes it show 2 text documents and 3 nero nero file back up. |
