How do I backup a top-level folder, but not subfolders?

I would like to be able to backup all of the documents I have at the root of "My Documents" but not the subfolders. Is there a way to do that?
    Thanks

Hi Mohammadzeitoun, thank you for your answer. I am using the "let me choose" option but as soon I select the checkbox next to the My Documents folder, it auto-selects the several hundred folders I have underneath, which I do not want backed up. How to I get it to select My Documents, but not any of the folders underneath? Thanks
