System messed up after system restore!

Today I have restored my windows and everything seemed fine till i tried to play FIFA and Origin didnt start up, then i tried to manually start Origin, and nothing again. I tried to see if something is wrong in my updates or anything and i went to Control Panel, and nothing opened (there were just a couple of things that wanted to open e.g. Programs and Features and Keyboard options). I tried myself to deal with this problem but it seems that its out of my reach, so if anybody could help me out that would be very nice! Thanks in advance and good luck

Do you have any other restore points that you could try? (See option one, step 7.)

    System Restore

You could also see if your computer has any damaged or corrupt system files by running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two,) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and immediately reboot the computer after each scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

I'm hoping that you already checked your computer for malware by running a full scan with your updated resident anti-virus suite. You could also run a second on-demand scan with the free Malwarebytes just to make sure something didn't slip through your primary defenses.

Something bad running in the background may be? Check startup items.

Go to start>type 'msconfig' and hit enter>startup tab uncheck useless ones, or better post a screenshot first so that we can see what's up there. Also try re installing Origin if you think it's pretty much the only problematic element in there.
