system restore error-(0xc0000022),startup repair says no problem

    Hello Guys,thank's for looking,

windows explorer started crashing after i used Bit defender tune up option to optimize registries ,later i restored this, still problem continued, though system restore will help, but starting system restore in safe mode also doesn't solve the issue.

    SFC/scannow

Says some problem not able to fix,so i have attached the cbs.log file (the size is bigger the limited size to upload here so i converted it in to pdf,pls forgive me its having lots of pages)

    Your advise is much appreciated.

Windows 7 doesn't need third party tune up tools or "optimizers". They cause more problems than they solve.

Did you try running the system file checker scan 3 times as suggested? And did you reboot the computer immediately after running each of the 3 scans? You could also try running the SFC at boot to see if that makes a difference.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If you're still having problems with Windows Explorer crashing, you might consider doing a repair install. It will try to repair Windows 7 while preserving your user accounts, data, programs, system drivers, etc. The repair install take about an hour to run. When finished you'll have to reinstall Windows Updates which could take another hour or more.

    Repair Install

You could also use this opportunity to do a clean install and get a superior performng system without all the factory bloatware.
