What is the "system reserved" partion of my hard disk used for ?
I have Drive D: system reserved 100MB. What is it used for and can I put in it a Macrium reflect restore file ( hard disk image)?

The System Reserved partition is used to hold the system boot manager, and is also used for:
1. Bitlocker Drive Encryption if you use Windows Professional or Ultimate
2. Accessed as part of some OEM recovery functionality
If you don't use the above, you can delete this partition, by carefully following these steps to easily move the boot manager to C:
Bootmgr - Move to C:\ with EasyBCD
The benfit to doing this is that you only need to specify a single partition -- e.g. C: -- for imaging using Macrium.
If you choose to keep the System Reserved partition, then you should include that in any Macrium image.
Hope that explains it.
