Move Windows 7 to another installed hard drive
I have used Transfer to replace an XP Pro PC to a Windows 7 PC. I now want to install another much larger hard drive to the existing system. I have two hard drives setup in a RAID 0. And a hot swop hard drive caddy. I have used Backup and Restore to create a system image to the hard drive in the caddy. It is 50GB in size (is that usual?). I propose to restore the system image to the new hard drive. I have made a system repair disk.
I am unsure about the procedure though. Windows is on the C drive so how do I go about removing the existing installation and using the new one?
