Here's a list of instructions that may make this easier to understand:

  1. Go into one of your Libraries (such as Documents, or Pictures, or Music, etc. etc. etc). It doesn't matter which one you go into, just go into one of them for now.
  2. At the top of the Window (inside of it), look for "Includes:". For example, my Documents library says "Includes: 6 locations" because I included 6 locations (6 folders) in there.
  3. The part where mine says "6 locations" is a blue link, just as I typed it above. Your number will be different, but the wording will be the same. Click this link.
  4. Now you're looking at a list of every folder that is "included" in the library that you're looking at.
  5. Take note of which of these folders are in your C:\Users\You folder and which ones are not. You may want to write down (or type into Notepad) which ones are, and which ones are not. That's up to you, whether or not it will make this any easier.
  6. Do the same for each Library (again, for example, Documents, Pictures, Music, etc.).

From this, you will know which folders would not be backed up if you only backed up C:\Users\You. Therefore, you will be able to make sure that you get all of the "extra" folders (for lack of a better word) that are in the Libraries but not in C:\Users\You.
