NTDLR is missing, after messing with partition wizard

    hey
    I've installed windows 7 on partition C (I created 3 partitions during installation C,D,E).
now for some reason partition E did not show up in "My computer" so I downloaded the software "partition wizard".
it showed "unlocated partition" (which was supposed to be E) so i chose to create it, format, and set it to active and primary.
now when I start up my computer is says NTDLR is missing press alt+shift+del to restart
    how do I fix this?
