Restoring System Backup

I have created a Backup file on an external hard drive that looks like this:

Inside that folder I have this:

And inside that I have this:

My question is this:

If I need to restore the system image, is there any particular file or folder I should be looking for ??

Whats inside Backup 2013-06-11 085653? Looks like that's the critical folder?
