How do I restore Windows 7 to factory settings using recovery disks

So when I bought my Asus laptop 1.5 years ago the guys from PC World made 6 recovery dvds and deleted the recovery partition from the laptop.

I have 2 partitions on my laptop: C (where the windows is installed) and D (where I have personal things on).

I also have Windows 7.

I want to use the recovery dvds to restore my windows to factory settings but keep the D partition (the one with no windows on it) so I won't have to save the files in another place.

Could anyone please help me with a step by step guide?

Thank you in advance!

First post a screenshot of disk management. Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image

Extra questions:D disk has only data on it? Why do you want to reinstall?

I have put 100gb of the data that I need on D and on Dropbox as well (still syncing at the moment so it may take a couple of good hours until it's fully synced).

Yes, I have the sticker on the back of my laptop that states the product key of my windows 7 and it is readable.

I want to reinstall windows basically and format partition C (where the windows is installed at the moment) for performance issues, but keep data on D to not delete certain documents.

IF I have to format everything, and delete data from both partitions (but not delete the partitions themselves), then I will have to wait for my important documents to sync with Dropbox.

STILL, I don't know how to do this .

Do you have a folder called C:\OEM\Preload ? Maybe it's hidden. Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide
it it exists: does C:\OEM\Preload\Autorun exit?
Does C:\OEM\Preload\Autorun\AutorunX exist?
Does C:\OEM\Preload\Autorun\AutorunX\AutorunX.exe exits?

Any idea where the specific ACER driver install files are on disk?
As far as I know all ACERS have tool/option to create a driver CD/DVD. Can you find that and make that?

Factory recovery won't work in your case... partition layout is not as it expects. What acer model is it exactly?

ASUS, not acer. I have an ASUS N55S.

The laptop came with a recovery partition, but the guys from where I bought the laptop made recovery disks (6 dvds to be more precise) and they deleted the recovery partition.
