Dell Inspiron N7110 factory restore bootmgr missing

Hi guys.
I have the Dell Inspiron N7110. Used the data safe app in windows to do the factory restore. It finished fine. Restarts and says bootmgr missing. I know what this means. But don't have discs nor any f key option to get into any recovery mode etc. I've already req dell send the factory recover discs.

I don't see how their own app broke this.

Hi buggs1a,

Welcome to Seven forums.

I apologize for all the inconvenience this issue has caused and promise you that I will do my best to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

Dell Datasafe software should not have caused this issue. If you have made a backup on a external drive or CD and if it is still in the system make sure that you remove them and restart the system.

There is a different way to do a factory restore for the system based on Windows 7. Please check the link below which explains the same:

Inspiron N7110 Windows 7 needs reset to factory setting.
Its a laptop. Bluescreen shows up for split second so I can't see the error code. I tried pressing Ctrl + F11 during boot but didn't work. Any another thing I can try before I throw it out? Don't say 'contact Dell'.
