Backup failure error code 0x810000FF
I attempted to perform a first backup following the recommended Windows 7 procedures. I attempted a backup from Acer laptop to external Samsung drive.
Get this gobbledygook pop up message:
"The last backup did not complete successfully because Windows Backup could not back up any of the drives included in the backup. Make sure tht the drives are plugged iin and working correctly."
Elsewhere it informs "error code: 0x810000FF"
What to do?
