Have a blank back up in Control Panel

Am trying to set up Users on another drive so that I can empty out some of my 120GB SSD. But to do so I have to set a drive to back up the system prior to going ahead.

Now my problem is I have nothing in back up and Restore in the Control Panel or rather the window opens to what is in the pic. Clicking on anything does nothing

I am about to run an SFC but it comes up nothing I am going to be stuck unless I can find another avenue of back up say clone the drive to another - an external for example.

    Hello John,

Double check to make sure that the Windows Backup service is enabled and set to "Automatic" may help. :)

Thanks Shawn but in the meantime the system has crashed and I have a Start up / repair that cycles over and over. I did post a thread and got a reply from Centaur which I am following up on after I find out what the try is that he has mentioned.
