    Parted Magic and EUFI


    Does anyone now if Parted Magic works on a system with a EUFI BIOS??

    Lat time I looked at the website, it said it does.

    I hope you will donate. Patrick has to do it as a full time job. Even $5 is a help.

    Thanks SIW I just looked that up and nothing came up I don't know if the site is down at my end but have decided to wipe the drive with Partition Wizard to save time.

    The reason I asked is that I have a PM disk here and it would not load on my Ivy Bridge. Got as far as three purple dots and stopped and ejected the disk?? The OS is nailed on the SSD drive and I have to do a clean install and apparently the secure erase is the easier of the methods on SSD's, but that is what I saw somewhere?.

    I have EUFI BIOS on my Gigabyte 990fxa and use Parted Magic, both installed on hhd and as a bootable disk.
