Computer keeps restarting after restore and goes through it again!!

I decided to use the samsungs recovery solutions 4 to do a complete restore and went through it all that it asks for me to do but then when it restarts on windows and I think its done it suddenly restarts and goes through it all again....Even if I switch the computer off it still goes through same thing again and again....I have done it twice but not sure what to do because this cannot be correct and I am getting nowhere with it....any help would be grateful to solve this before I have to go and buy another laptop

Though I wouldn't know anything about the Samsung Recovery Solution 4 -even though I had a cursory look at it on Google Search, which I always do when I do not know something about anything where I poke my nose into :) - I think there could be more focussed help from others who know about it if only they know what was the reason/symptoms that prompted you to a complete restore. For instance, it could be a problem with the HDD in which case even a restore or even a clean install can go awry no matter how perfectly you did it.

I was getting a Bad Pool Header blue screen especially if I tried to connect to internet via google chrome and also when it was in normal mode the screen would freeze when trying to do anything (cursor stopped) so had to restart by pushing the off/on button....I tried lots of problem shooting from you tech guys and it was suggested that I may have to re-install as the corrupt files would not rectify themselves not matter what I was suggested to try.....So I decided to take all my photos and personal files off to be on the safe side and tapped the 4 key to bring up recovery....I tried the basic recovery and it did not sort it out so I decided to just do the complete recovery.....I did as instructions said and the final part said about partitioning so I continued exactly as it was saying and it restarted, windows loaded it came into the home desktop page with the basic desktop icons that you usually get on startup of new computers and I thought ...yes...its done I can now just re-add my things back...but it suddenly restarted and went back to the recovery screen from where it started from! I could not get out of it as no buttons to come away from it unless I pressed on/off button.....So I went through it all again but after it did it all over again.....you guessed it.....recovery screen came back again ....I did try and switch off by the off button but when it reloaded...Recovery back again!!.....I even watched the samsung video showing what to do to do the recovery which is exactly what I did....So not sure what is going on with it

No resolving issues I could try by anybody then...apart from a sledge hammer:)

where or how do I access the Diagnostic/Repair Utility?

I don't have any CD's I backed the computer when I originally got it onto a external HD .... and since this problem started occurring I decided to take off my personal stuff (just incase) ....and yes I am in the UK...and it was around 12.30am when I posted last one...so don't know what's going on with the times on here

(I am assuming that your SAMSUNG Laptop may be using a Seagate or Samsung HDD)You may download Seagate's SeaTool for DOS SeaTools for DOS | Seagate. It is an ISO file. You can either burn it to CD or create a bootable Pen drive using Rufus Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way, boot from it and run the program to check your HDD.

It says on computer 'No system image found' I have the image and have put it on a cd...but when I put it in computer it does not seem to do much in the way of finding it on the cd! Is there something that I need to do that I am not doing correctly

When I did a complete restore via the laptops own recovery that Samsung provide I restored back to when the laptop was first purchased via its saved recovery point and it did its own backup too as when I click in safe mode all my files are there...its just a system image thats missing...(which I backed up image when I got laptop) and have put it on a cd but even thou it is set to boot from cd it does not actually get to do it before this partition screen comes back up....also is there a way of setting my partition as each time I turn on laptop and let it run in normal mode to start with the windows desktop it keeps flashing up with the 'Partition computer screen' and I cannot get any further past that unless I keep pressing the 'set partition' and it just keeps doing the same sequence. If I set the partition myself then perhaps that will stop that screen then from popping all....then I may be able to install the image...Any help is appreciated
