Due to some reason my memory card formatted. In my Memory Card i have a back up of my contacts. I try to recover data from memory card for this i just try with the following utilities:
1.photorec
2.Recuva
3.Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery - Professional
and 4. iCare Data Recovery Software
I don't get success with any above utilities. So please help me for recover ".vcf (.VCard File)" .
please tell me " how i can create a .vcf file".
From personal experience, I've found that data recovery from memory cards is much less likely than from hard drives. I had my Samsung phone corrupt two SD cards, and I was not able to recover ANYTHING from either card, and I used Phoenix and RecoverMyFiles.
Sorry, but you just might be out of luck.
Since you have already used many utility as you stated but still you are unable to recover your contacts from memory card. As per of my knowledge I suggest you utility Remo Recover. When I used this utility I easily recovered my data from memory card. Just try it.
