6TB backup on 1TB harddrives?

I have a running "Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 Sp1 64bit UK" on a server with a 6TB Raid5.
I want to backup to usb-harddrives and take them to a "safe location".
I want to have the disks in "rotation" and when they are full. leave them on my "safe location"
..so I take 1 disk (1 TB e.g.) and when that is full I bring another disk, to restore I bring all the backup disks..
I end up with 6TB of data

Which software help me with that??
