Brian Scott, welcome to the windows 7 forum.

Is this a Veterans home computer or your own? Normally Windows 7 Enterprise comes via corporate IT
and I was wondering where you got the Enterprise windows 7?

You should have a reset disk that came with your computer or were asked to make one the first time you turned it on..

There are tutorials here for changing passwords and further operations for legitimate owners.

Yes we have 3 Dell desktops and 2 are down and they need to have a install restore disk. IT is gone for the week, perhaps 10 days. I have a laptop to connect to the wyfi and we have many older Vets here that cannot use the resident computers because of a windows 7 fail. So no restore disk. I am the resident adm. that also lives here and help the residents with filing VA Forms via, pdf paperless and use facebook, the worst thing ever that happen to the internet was F.B. . I can get into the BIOS or both down computers. BIOS looks good to go however, windows would not take my password yesterday and the user log in picture changed asking for password. I had all passwords locked?? ..Not sure what happen to it,but we have a few residents that click on everything and mess up windows often. I have windows 8 on my laptop. Only I know the system adm. password.
