This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

However - you have some fairly major corruption present in the CBS.log as well, which we need to address after we fix the non-genuine issue.
Please post the CheckSUR.log file you should have created when you followed the WU posting instructions

Somehow I am missing instructions for a CheckSUR log in the WU instructions.

Look in the CBS folder - the CheckSUR.log and CheckSURPersist.log files should be there - which is why we ask to upload the entire folder.

I get a server error when I try to attach the whole CBS folder. I assume this is because the zipped CBS folder is 8.69 MB and the max upload is 8MB. BTW, after the last reboot, WU began downloading updates automatically and is still in the process of downloading 48 updates and is at only at 20%.

The CheckSUR log and the CheckSURPersist log in that folder are dated 8/28/2013. Do you want me to post those individual logs.

I thought you said that you had followed the instructions?
They include downloading a fresh copy of the CheckSUR file, and running it.
