Not sure what you mean by get the recovery. Please, elaborate.

I bought the Laptop I mention above,

It had a recovery partition

but the previous user deleted recovery partition and had no recovery disc , over all that , he formatted the laptop and installed another OS ,

now I want to return my laptop's recovery , HOW
