Software for Profile removal and restoration

Hi

I have found that some issues are best solved thorough removal of the user profile. For that i instruct the users to copy their desktop. My documents. Browser favorites and any pst file and environment variables before I remove their profile.

Now this is very tedious and time consuming process esp when it comes to environment variables.

Is there any free software that can help me in this case? So that i just tell it what to backup?
Regards

You have a few options but the easiest is to right-click Computer > Select Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab > Settings in User Profile section > Then select the profile you want and Copy it to a destination of your choice.

If you are more comfortable with a program to do this you can use Fabs Autobackup Fabrice PARISOT

With that program you can select what you want to backup.
