Just what I expected... harddrive died. Important data on it? Anyway.... still waranty? How old is the disk?
Yes I do have important documents but I think I accidentally formatted the disk. Is there a way i can check? I'm not sure how old is it, i bought it used
(try to) boot normally from the disk. Still acting the same as before? Or do you get "bootmgr is missing" or something alike? If you did format... all files are gone .... even the boot manager (bootmgr) and bootmenu.

How can you forgot you did format it? Did you perform a Partition Wizard "surface check"
    already?
It wouldn't boot from the cd

How did you burn the partition wizard ISO? Insert the CD/DVD in another machine and view the contentsin windows explorer.

What error message if you boot from it?

Downloaded partition wizard bootable ISO and burn it. Then booted from it. Performed a surface check. No errors or red spots

In screenshots you posted, I can't see you actually ran the surface test! Is reading or following computer tutorials too difficult?

Do a "surface test" of disk 1 partition 1 (the 74.5GB partition). Just press "start now". Video heop on how to perform disk surface test with Partition Wizard partition manager?
