    sorry didn't mean u made anything up .... but have been lead to believe that having a system copy on a network drive is a good thing ??? ........ starting to think this not a good idea ?

    are there no secure network drives, places u could use, I mean I use to run a small website with easy space it had security same as your pc would ?

    Nothing on the web is really secure. And the more you spread your data, the more you are subject to fraud.

    I backup my systems to external disks that are disconnected when not in use. That makes it very difficult to get to that data.

    doing the save to dvd was even worst lol, how can windows be on one disc, but the save be on so many ???

    This is an image of your whole stuff. The data in that partition (or partitions) must be over 150GB. You never put that on DVDs. Use an external disk instead.

    This is absolutely not the same as an installation disc that comes on 1 DCD.
