Backup space usage summary not refreshing
On an Aspire 5942G (Windows 7 Professional), I am able to create backups onto a NAS (with logon credentials), but am not able to see the space usage summary, using the same credentials to access the NAS . Due to this, I am not able to delete old backups ; I am now frustrated as the space on the NAS is approaching critical levels and needs some clean-up.
The above works fine on another PC (with Windows 7 Professional). So, accessing the NAS (for backups from the Aspire 5942G) or deleting old backups from the NAS for another PC is not the problem. Are there any hidden issues that doesn't allow me from accessing the space usage summary on the Aspire 5942G to prevent me from deleting old backups on the NAS ?
