Batch move multiple files from one location to another based on name
I am trying to move multiple files with the same extension but different names to numerous other sub folders. So if I have files: 1_T, 2_T,3_T,4_T, etc…. I want to move them to a sub folder within corresponding folders. The folders would be named 1, 2, 3, 4, etc and the sub folders within each one of those folders would have the same name such as “T_T”. Examples below:
1_T goes into the T_T sub folder within folder 1.
2_T goes into the T_T sub folder within folder 2.
There are 1000 some files that need to go into 1000 sub folders. Hopefully this makes sense.
