Recover data after factory reset in windows 7

As i don't have any restore points available so only option to make my computer backdated is factory rest. Is there any way i can recover my data (pictures,movies,files( after factory reset ??

Why don't you have any restore points?
Why you want to backdate your computer? What kind of problems?

After factory reset all personal files are gone.

Why don't you have any restore points? Why you want to backdate your

I have no idea why its showing only one restore point.

I want to take my computer to a backdate but i don't have a restore point on my system as I was able to login to some websites previously on which i am working but now i am not able to do so.

You can save "my documents", "my pictures" and so on to external drive if you want to save personal stuff. What's your real question?
