Accidentaly deleted folder from external drive

What is the best and fastest free method of recovering about 300 GB of data?
Data is movies, music and pics.
I have not written ANY other files to the drive, I realized my mistake 10 seconds AFTER the delete.
Any help greatly appreciated.

External drive is connected by e-sata.

Lazesoft Recovery Suite Free

Suggest this free software that I tend to use:

Lazesoft Recovery Suite Free, Free Windows System Recovery, Free Data Recovery, Free Windows Password Recovery, Free Disk Clone

Install and run the data recovery wizard.

Perhaps wait for more suggestions before downloading and installing.
