I am not restoring the OS image. I am restoring the Docs to the new SSD. It said to Drag and Drop but I never could get that to work. I just ended up doing Copy and Paste.

Restore an image using Windows PE in Macrium Reflect v5 - YouTube
I have seen the tutorial before and hadn't noticed the "don't follow this tutorial" comment. Isn't it just saying disconnect your old HDD first and boot from the pe disk?
Amusing that the restored OS in the video is XP.

OK.

In that case, I wouldn't expect that a tutorial entitled "How to restore a backup image (Restore, v5)" would be useful.
