    Hard disk recovery problem

    Hello everyone!
I have installed a new copy on my Medion Akoya laptop, and I've made two partitions and after few hours laptop crashed with message :Windows failed to start due to a recent hardware or software change. 0XC00000F FILE:windows/windows.old
I tried to repair, but the message was: Startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically.
I installed Windows again, and same thing happened, only now I can't even go to repair or install, it's stuck on black screen after starting Windows.
I've tried factory reset, and the message is Hard Disk recovery validation failed.
Is there any solution to this problem, or my hard drive is toasted :/

You could try running Chkdsk to see if your HDD has problems.
    Disk Check
You will probably need to run it from a command prompt by booting to a system repair disk or installation disk.

I tried everything you suggested, but nothing worked. I tested my HDD with several tools, and almost all of them showed bad sectors. Is it possible that bad partitioning can cause so much bad sectors?

Every hard drive will develop bad sectors over time and use. This is because of the nature of magnetic storage media used in the disks. Like every human will die one day, every hard drive will fail at a point of time - only question is when and that is unpredictable. Some will last long for years but others may fail within months of production. Only predictable cause which can damage a disk's surface is physical shock ( ie, a dropped portable HDD or Laptop ).

Replace the disk and make sure to keep a copy of important data on an external medium or cloud storage as an insurance. If you can afford, buy a solid state drive which will significantly improve boot speed and system responsiveness. But make sure to choose a reputed brand like Intel or Samsung ( Crucial is particularly bad ). Also you should know that SSD can also fail at any time. So once again -make sure to backup data whether you choose a HDD or SSD.
